The Montreal Impact and Major League Soccer announced in a statement on Wednesday that an official complaint was made to Montreal police last week following profanity-laden threats made towards one of the first teams players on social media. The player was not specifically named, but Montreals TSN Radio 690 and TVA Sports in Quebec report that it involved death threats on Twitter to midfielder Davy Arnaud and his family.
